In their own words
What sets you apart from others in your market?
Our store is a fresh and clean feeling. We are not too big like a box store, but small enough to have the personal touch. We have over 20 sofas on out floor, but the store does not feel crowded and still offers different styles and brads to customers.”
What is the best retail idea you have ever implemented that improved your sales/profits?
Spending money and time on social media has proven itself time and time again. Also, having a knowledgeable staff is the best money you can spend.”
