Dr. Thomas M. Strouse, Dean of EBTS

Dr. Strouse was saved in 1969 and surrendered to the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ in 1970. He and his wife, Jan, are the parents of fourteen children. Since 1978, Dr. Thomas M. Strouse has been intensely involved in training ministerial students in Bible colleges and seminaries in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Indonesia as well as satellite training schools in Korea and Ireland. He is a member of ten Who's Who's, having received his formal education from Purdue University (BS), Maranatha Baptist Graduate School of Theology (MDiv), Bob Jones University (PhD), and Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary (ThD). Dr. Strouse is an executive member of the Trinitarian Bible Society (Canada) and the Dean Burgon Society. He is the author of a number of Bible commentaries as well as works on Bibliology and Baptist Church History. Many of these volumes are available for sale through Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary Press. In addition to his ministry as dean, professor, and author, he actively serves the Lord in his local church as a Sunday School teacher and member of the EBC finance committee.
