Jeff Thomases has stepped down as CEO of fabric resource Swavelle Mill Creek, parent company of Bella-Dura Home, Bella-Dura and more, and its CFO, Alan Halpern has retired.
Greg Thomases has stepped into Jeff’s former role as CEO, and Jeff, although not involved with day-to-day activities, will retain the title of Chairman & Founder and remain active in the organization and involved with product development and strategic planning. In his new role, Greg will oversee all aspects of Swavelle’s business and continue to lead sales efforts for the furniture division.
Eric Zissman, Swavelle’s controller for more than a decade, will take on the role of CFO for Halpern, who had been with Swavelle for more than 30 years. Having worked closely with Halpern for the past thirteen years, Zissman will oversee all financials, IT and HR in his new role.
