HIGH POINT — Bienenstock Furnishings Library has named the 2021 winners of its annual pupil design competitions for furnishings and inside design.
For the furnishings problem, college students submitted a design for a chair for both or each the residential and contract trade segments.
Anna Bibikova on the College of Houston secured first place and a $5,000 prize for her chair named Manta, that includes a hammock-like internet woven round a fluid metallic body, which is appropriate for out of doors use. Priyanka Sanghi at Savannah School of Artwork & Design received second place within the furnishings design competitors and $1,500.

Yufei (Serena) Zhong at Savannah School of Artwork & Design received first place and a $5,000 prize for her inside design and branding venture entitled Thorn Information, that includes dramatic ceilings and energetic particulars suited to a tough rock aesthetic.
