To create this new division, IMC acquired two tech companies focused on the gift, home furnishings and apparel industries.

International Market Centers is offering companies the opportunity to conduct wholesale buying for the upcoming holiday season both in-person and online.

“The past 90 days have shown us that there is a major need for replenishment,” said Bob Maricich, IMC CEO. “With our immediate delivery markets in late October and mid-November and a digital B2B platform available 24/7, IMC offers the industry an omnichannel opportunity to source and shop in-stock merchandise before the holiday selling season.”

IMC is holding a Fall Cash & Carry market Oct. 27-29 at AmericasMart in Atlanta and a Fall Sample Sale Nov. 11-13 at the Las Vegas Market. Currently, nearly 250 showrooms and more than 50 temporary showrooms are confirmed for the Atlanta event and more than 50 showrooms are expected to participate in the Las Vegas event. These events offer products for immediate delivery and with no minimum orders.

For buyers who are unable to attend those events, IMC_di’s new in-stock filter provides access to nearly 60 brands, which collectively have 120,000 SKUs noted by vendors as available for immediate shipment. IMC_di’s digital tools, which include ShopZio and Catalog Connexion, enable buyers and designers to source and shop.

Maricich noted that IMC_di will launch JuniperMKT in February 2021 as a new digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers, “at market, online and on the road.”
